70 m² timbercottage for 4 to 6 persons at Lake Suvas in Kallavesi water system just by the Heinävesi Route  - the traditional "steam"ship that sales from Kuopio to Savonlinna and back.

This cottage is been built on 1995. At the spring 2010 kitchen and sauna units has been renewed.
Fullyequipped kitchen has;  ceramic stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffeemaker, electric kettle, toaster. Woodstove.
Nice living/diningspace. An expanding sofa for two persons to sleep on. Voluminous brimstoned fireplace makes atmosphere and brings warmth.
2 separated bedrooms with 160 cm wide douplebeds.
Saunaunit with spacious shaped penches and atmospheric woodheating Iki-saunastove. 
In the bathroom; stall and toilet.
In the separated dressingroom there's a washing machine for the laundry. From the dressingroom you can go straight to roofed terrace where you can cool off and enjoy the marvelious scenery of the Lake Suvasvesi and the sunset! 
Shoal sandbeach is suitable for the smallest swimmers too.

In the district there's also barbecue canopy and separated warehouse with woodshed.
The mainhouses barbecue tipi-like hut is also available for the cottage customers. In the Hut there is room for 8-10 persons to warm up and grill sausages or glow salmon!

Rental prices:
125 €/150 € one night
350 €/450 € weekend (friday at 15:00 - sunday at 12:00) 
800 €/950 € week
Midsummer week 1000 €/500 € weekend

From June to the end of August and during the season we rent this cottage only atleast for 6-7 days. Outside the seasontime lower prices.

Final cleaning 80 € (when agreed in advance)
Linen 15 €/person (inc. towels)
